This was the first project I worked on with Adobe Illustrator. The assignment was to take an interesting photo and turn it into a line drawing. I thought illustrating a dragonfly would be a fun and challenging task. I used different line weights to show details in the dragonfly's wings and body. Knowing that it would be nearly impossible to draw the eyes perfectly, I decided to create a pattern in Illustrator using circles. After I finished the lines, I added some color by adding a gradient under my line illustration.
